Annual Reports and Steaks!

Brethren

Our next communication will be on 4/22/14. The meeting will be annual report night. Reports from the Secretary, Treasurer, and Trustee’s will be given. We will also discuss agenda items pertaining to the annual Grand Lodge meeting next month. Come out and hear about how our lodge is doing and enjoy fellowship with the Brethren.

Dinner will be our annual steak dinner. We will be cooking strip steaks on the grill. Potato salad along with green beans with corn are also on the menu. Dinner will be at 6:30.

Dress will be CASUAL. Hope to see you there.

Treasured Trash

titanic-sink — Rumor has it someone is auctioning off full color digital photos of the Titanic sinking! Shhh, another Masonic secret.

Brethren:

Our next lodge communication is Tuesday April 8th. This communication will be our 4th annual “One Man’s Trash is Another Man’s Treasure” auction. It’s time to start bringing those things that you know longer want or need and are looking for a place to bring them. This is a fun evening for everyone. Although we didn’t have time to authenticate, I believe a picture frame from the Titanic was auctioned off for $2.00 last year!

Dinner will be at 6:30 as usual and is sure to be delicious – A meal fit for a Mason!

Dress is normal lodge attire.

Lasagna Bake-Off & Bad Ties

From the back streets of East Aurora, Brother Russ was caught mixing his secret ingredients in preparation for the bake-off. Russ was quoted as saying; “I could tell you what’s in here, but then I’d have to kill you!”

Hailing from Lancaster, NY Wor Dave has been practicing making several batches of lasagna for the past two weeks in anticipation of having it perfect just in time for the bake-off.

Our next communication on 3/11/2014 will be Blazing Star’s 12th annual Lasagna Bake Off. Once again, fierce competitors Wor Dave and DSA Brother Russ will face off in this very anticipated event. Will this be the year that a winner will be decided or will it be a tie for an unprecedented 12th time!! Come out and join the fun and fellowship.
