Lodge Night – February 26, 2019

Stated Communication
.: The First Degree – Entered Apprentice :.
Tuesday, February 26, 2019

Brothers,
Our last communication was our moving up/Valentine’s night. No brother tried a new chair, but we did have one wife and one significant other show-up. They had a good time together while we conducted our meeting. It was a general business meeting so it did not run long.

Congrats to Bro. Luke on the birth of his second son and future Mason.

Our next communication is Tuesday, February 26th, 2019 and it is The First Degree. We will welcome a new Entered Apprentice to help keep the fraternity going into the future. It is always a good thing to have as many Brothers present as possible when the candidate made Brother is brought to Light. We are the first thing they witness and the experience should be memorable.

Masonic dress required. Dinner starts at 6:30 pm with Lodge opening at 7:30 pm sharp.

Hope to see everyone. Until then,
Fraternally,
W:. Glenn

Masons & Their Ladies

For tonight’s festive board we are hosting Valentine’s dinner for our Ladies. All Master Masons are welcome to bring their special someone for a delicious dinner, nice conversation, and a relaxing evening out of the house. Come see a little of what your Mason does at the Lodge and let us handle dinner and dishes.

Dinner starts at 6:30 pm. We will break and allow the Ladies to relax and chat at 7:30 pm to open Lodge. We do not want to leave them alone too long however, we have some work to do tonight.

Do you need a ride? We have Masons ready and willing to pick you up and take you home. Contact Us and we will make every effort to get you to Lodge and back home safely.

Brober..? Brothers Sharing Rides

I want to introduce a “service?” or “privilege?” to Brethren in Western New York. We are calling it Brober or simply Brothers Sharing Rides. Just give us a call, text, email, or contact us and someone will make every attempt to come to your home and pick you up for Lodge. We will also return you home when Lodge and Fellowship are complete. This service costs nothing and is available to any Mason in good standing who wants to attend Lodge at Blazing Star Lodge in East Aurora, New York. We meet every second and fourth Tuesday of the month from September until June. Dinner starts at 6:30 pm and Lodge opens promptly at 7:30 pm. We enjoy Fellowship until varying hours of the evening.

This is not something new, Brothers shared rides since saddling up on horses. We want to make sure that every Brother is aware that we have committed Brothers that have time, are ready, and want to share the ride with a Brother to and from Lodge.
